Everything about this picturesque hotel was amazing! Room, food, service and location to the castles was perfect.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed as a family with 2 teenage boys to see the Neuschwanstein castle. They offer free bike rentals which helped out a lot because we were able to bike to the bus that goes up the hill and it also gave us something to do as a family in the evening, which was to ride down to the lake. Excellent staff.
