The regional ingredients and outstanding preparation were a delight; I've rarely eaten such a good burger. The Kaiserschmarrn for dessert was also excellent. I have two comments to make about the staff: very friendly and thoughtful :)

The food saves the stars... we were there early in the evening, and the waiter didn't inform us about the menu, nor did he manage to provide us with cutlery without being asked. The only positive thing is the food; our dishes, with or without meat, were all excellent and saved the evening. But a hotel of this class should train and prepare its service staff better! I'd get a nicer welcome and service in any village pub...
