Great food (very tasty and generous portions), friendly service, super child-friendly, huge children's playground, good prices - what more could you want?

Went there for dinner and it was really nice and, above all, very tasty. Another positive thing to say is that there were a lot of children's toys so even the little ones got their money's worth.

This was our first time here. We really enjoyed it. There's plenty for children to do. A huge playground, an XXL trampoline, animals to touch, and vehicles to ride on specially designated tracks without fear of running into a car. We really liked that. The rooms and the pool were OK. Completely sufficient for our stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get a room with a mountain view, even though I had requested one. Now for the restaurant: It was a disaster! We had reserved a table for 7:15 p.m. Zero organization, untrained staff, very loud, and extremely rude and inattentive service. We waited forever for drinks, not to mention the food. When we were finally allowed to order, we waited so long that we finally spoke up, because we noticed that everyone after us had already had their food. When we pointed this out to a middle-aged woman, she didn't even bother to help us as quickly as possible!!!!!! On the contrary, she tried to dismiss it by blaming me for being too critical. Because I don't have any understanding; mistakes happen, after all. So, I see this as incompetence and a lack of staff. You should be fair and fill the whole place if there's no staff there!!! That would have been fair!! And I think blaming the guest is audacious!!!
