A unique taste of Burgers with really special bread. Friendly stuff

The owners are incredibly friendly, so I'm sorry to have to give a bad review. However, I've ordered from Burgorilla several times now and have been disappointed several times. My order had nothing to do with what I received. I recently ordered a Dürüm döner. What arrived was a wrap filled with a chopped patty, jalapenos, an unidentifiable sauce (probably garlic sauce), mushy onions, limp tomatoes, and a few lettuce leaves. This has happened several times now, and I'm really disappointed... what a shame... :(

We ordered the new cheeseburger plus Italian salad. My salad didn't have any parmesan or croutons in it. Instead, they put half a pita bread in it and a piece of toasted cheese in small pieces. My meat was unseasoned and raw inside. The great new burger was supposed to have nachos in it and these weren't in the burger either. A complete flop. When you're missing ingredients so often, you call the customer and let them know. You don't create something so bottomless!!! I wonder how anyone can actually prepare and deliver such crap! To pay almost 30 euros for it is cheeky. They should have paid me more for the flop.
