Nice I was there with my family on Corpus Christi 2025. Since it was a spontaneous idea, we didn't have a reservation, but we were able to get a table outside in the cozy beer garden, which was perfect for the beautiful weather. There is free parking in front of and behind the restaurant. The restaurant has a small outdoor playground, which my sons immediately took over :-). The family-friendliness is also evident in the fact that diaper-changing facilities and toiletries are provided in the women's restroom. The staff (manager and waitress) were very friendly, and special requests were accommodated. The food is/was inexpensive and prepared quickly. The taste and portion size are good for the price. The owner opened his restaurant on Pentecost 2025. In these times, when the "death of restaurants" is often criticized, I think it's great that the Schlossschenke Rumpelstilzchen has reopened. I will be back and recommend a visit to anyone looking for a cozy and child-friendly restaurant.

We decided on a whim to have dinner at the Rumpelstilzchen beer garden and didn't regret it. The beer garden and the restaurant made a cozy and clean impression. The service was impeccable and very friendly. We highly recommend the Swiss sausage salad with homemade bread, and the dinette with asparagus and ham was also very tasty. Fries with Wiener Schnitzel were shared between two: The fries were perfect, but the schnitzel was too flat and therefore dry. Here, you should expect a meat thickness of at least 5 mm.

A quaint restaurant with a historic ambiance, featuring the best beer garden in the area. Good, down-to-earth food and drinks, very tasty. Attentive and very friendly service.
