We stayed at the hotel in August, however we were allocated a most deplorable room in a building opposite the one presented on the website (see photo). We also noticed the presence of numerous spiders in the room which did not seem to have been cleaned. Why didn't you inform us in advance that our room would be located in this building ? because we thought we would have a room in the chalet presented on the site !

A very unwelcoming place. The bedding and towels were old and scruffy and the pillows dreadful. I would never stay there again. The breakfast was OK but staff unfriendly. The entrance to the hotel was scruffy and lots of old unused items laying around. I would never stay there again or recommend to anyone
