Great alternative to the zoo. The animals are so cute and friendly, especially the camels and cats. The food is also great too. Would definalty recommend going in the cat room. The walk to the ostersee is also relatively short. It's a great place to swim, but just make sure you have mosquito repellant on hand.

all the animals are kept and treated really well, many of them are rescues and you can get up close and personal with most of them. wonderful with or without children and dogs are welcome too. it's all part of a charity organization too.

Make sure to arrive early as the place is getting crowded quite soon! All the animals are very peaceful and you can come very close and cuddle with them if you respect their ways of telling you whether it‘s ok or not. The Biergarten was closed when we were there and there were no possibilities of getting a snack or a coffee which got us driving off of the farm sooner than expected.
