Always worth a stop for lunch or dinner. I’ve never got disappointed by anything on their menu. Staff is always very friendly. I really like the outdoors in summer. We had the Sauerbraten, the Bowl with beef stripes and an Apfelstrudel as a dessert. Everything was top notch. They also have the best wheat beer available - Engelbräu.

Haven’t stayed here over night, but we went for dinner and it was amazing so we decided to also go here for lunch the next day! Great location with an amazing view, a super lovely terrace and great service. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. The food was just perfect! Also good portions, we had to take away a lot of our main dishes.

This is a nice, higher end Allgäuer guest house that serves both traditional local dishes as well as some not so traditional ones, like my chanterelle risotto. Good food all around, and the house brewed beer is also quite good. There's plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, and the views outside from its high vantage point are very nice, indeed.
