We've eaten here several times now, and it's always been excellent. The food is delicious, the service is quick and friendly, and the home-brewed beer is excellent. There are also events like the pub sing-along and the beer tapping. We'll definitely be back.

A charming little restaurant in Franconia. Parts of the old inn have been renovated and modernized, including the restrooms. The original dining room remains the same and boasts authentic Franconian charm (I wonder if the tiled stove can be used in winter?). Outside in the courtyard, it's nice and cool and shady, and the stream flowing past provides a pleasant background noise. The young brewmaster regularly offers new, tasty beer creations to match the season. We were able to try the Märzen and the new Festbier. The Magnus Bräu is tapped fresh from the barrels and produced in the new (old) brewhouse right next to the restaurant. It's definitely worth a trip, just to taste the beer (which is only served here). The service was a bit slow for us, given the full house and our table of seven people, but understandable. The schnitzel was highly praised by many at our table, and the pizza and cake were also excellent. I haven't seen prices like that much since Corona.

Became aware of this restaurant by chance. The food was very good and prices are fair. Ketchup and mayo cost nothing extra! That's how it should be!
