DasBergBlick : Badstraße 2, 82431 Kochel am See

This is a review for BOTH the hostel and the restaurant - we had an absolutely unbelievable meal here, of which an expertly crafted burger was the highlight. The atmosphere was cozy, and the scenery as a backdrop for the meal is unmatched. As for the hostel, they offer affordable rooms with recently renovated, modern toilets. There is also a code on the door for security. We stayed in a room with access to the balcony, which again let us appreciate the amazing mountain view. Carolina made us feel incredibly welcome during the whole experience :)

this place is a mistake, anyone who comes here can expect the worst. The first thing that catches the eye is dirt and carelessness. the sheets are with holes and stains, it's disgusting. When you are looking for someone to help you, it is unfortunately difficult to find someone who is interested in the guests here. The interiors are outdated, the light is poor, and the bathrooms are damp and dirty. And the "restaurant" (if you can call it that) is nothing more than frozen food in a nice package, if someone is impressed by it, nothing will surprise me anymore... I understand that this place is for people on a limited budget, but during my stay in other motels, I have not encountered such disrespect.
