Rustic ambience, beer brewed by the boss himself and excellent, typically Swabian food. A cozy brewery inn in the historic city center of Kirchheim unter Teck. Highly frequented by international groups of visitors (guests/partners of local businesses), newcomers (me) and locals, and also very popular with regulars' tables. Also very suitable for private or company celebrations. The price-performance ratio is okay, the beer is not cheap, but anyone who wants a great, handmade, chemical-free and corporate-free product should be happy to still be able to get something like this. The “regular staff” is very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, especially in summer, there are always problems with inexperienced or overwhelmed service assistants...
