Went there for Christmas dinner, all the dishes were very tasty. I had a saddle of deer, this is one of the best I've ever eaten! The conditions are really very nice and people asked if everything was right. That's how gastronomy works ❤️

A truly lovely inn near the A9, perfect for a stopover. Superb service, delicious food (from the family butcher shop). A truly plentiful breakfast. The windows are quite transparent, making the room noisy, but no problem for early risers. Lovely surroundings, a charming village! A short walk to Goldsteinsee, past countless raspberry bushes.

Good accommodations and a delicious breakfast offering at an excellent price-performance ratio. For us as Bayreuth Festival guests, this wonderfully hospitable hotel has been our regular base for many years.
