Surprised by the quality of the fish in this Black Forest town. Very tasty fish grill and very warm service.
Biscuit Rajan
A nice, relatively large, and still unknown restaurant located right inside the train station in Bad Herrenalb. In summer, you can also sit outside. Very nice, varied menu with many great fish dishes, as well as a large selection of other dishes. Good value for money! A stop by is definitely recommended! Note: The owner is also a fishmonger!

Beef bratwurst with fries and cola. About the food: The portion was initially very small, which isn't necessarily a bad criterion, but the portions still didn't fill me up. The fries were okay, better than most other places, but not necessarily a must. The sausage looked nice, but unfortunately it was lukewarm on the inside, oily on the outside and tasted like grilled, which all in one wasn't a good combination. Service: The service was okay, friendly every time, but nothing special, standard. Ambience: The location is nice all in one. I sat outside and can't say much about the inside. But at first glance it seemed inviting. Conclusion: So I wasn't really impressed with the food. I would have liked to try something else. But based on experience, I doubt any other dish would have "blown me away." Price was okay. Performance is not.
