We were there for Feb.14 and it felt a little like a mistake, they were clearly in a rush, the 3 stars on Atmosphere are because we got a table in the basement which is not very nice, the area on the ground floor is way nicer and cosier.m. We were given 1.5hr for dinner so we ended up getting the check together with desert. On the positive side the food is good, slightly over priced. We had what is their take on Vitello Tonnato which instead of thinly sliced veal it was to nice little pieces of filet together with the tuna sauce and a little salad, it was special and super tasty. As a main we had the Ribeye and some sides, the meat is good quality and well cooked, one of the sides, the pimientos padron were undercooked to my taste, we also had cesar salad and Kartoffel Gratin which were both great. For desert we had the Creme Brûlée which if flambéed on the table, it was also very good.
Carpacio was one of the best I ever had and beef tatar was great, also mascarpone with strawberies...the best was the weitress, very polite with a big snile and serving was top
Before the arrival, I had some normal expectations for eating a steak, but again with a dose that it will be something special. However, the meat and groceries are quality but the execution for me was a little below the level that a steakhouse should meet. The ambiance and space look great, the staff is ok.
