Guest Reviews & Experiences at Gasthaus Zum Rieblwirt
Yesterday we spent a very cozy evening as a group of work colleagues at the Rieblwirt headquarters. At the beginning there was a round of mulled wine around the campfire in the courtyard. Our table was in the "Separee", a small extra room, acoustically protected from the evening event. The menu only offers a small number of dishes, but we were able to make our special selection in advance (recommended for larger groups). 5 stars go to our service! Friendly, helpful, courteous, simply professional! All the dishes we ordered tasted very good, but unfortunately they weren't hot enough. Vegetables on the char were cold. The roulades were quite dry and had no sauce when served. I was then given a bowl of sauce as an order. The wild boar ragout on Paperdelle was also very dry and lacked the ragout/sauce. The two dessert options, pannacota and chocolate soufflé were delicious. The wine list is extensive and we enjoyed a bottle of 2010 Pannobile from Weingut Leitner/Burgenland/Austria.
