A tale of culinary confusion. Fried sushi in a Vietnamese restaurant? That's like having pizza with sauerkraut topping. Pho is good. Coconut milk-based curries are often overly sweetened unfortunately. Chicken slices don't taste fresh. Compressed and stale. Sad. Please give Southeast-Asian cuisines the respect they deserve.
