Le Temple : Saarstraße 2, 54422 Neuhütten

I stayed at Le Temple in Neuhütten as an overnight guest and really enjoyed the lovingly and generously prepared breakfast. Instead of a buffet, an individual breakfast was served, which impressed with its freshness and quality. The selection was varied and the presentation of the dishes was designed with great attention to detail. The cozy atmosphere and the attentive service rounded off my stay perfectly. Unfortunately there was a small downside: the shower was broken. However, the owner was very apologetic and did everything he could to repair the damage as quickly as possible. Despite this small problem, I can recommend Le Temple due to the excellent hospitality and the quality of the breakfast.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! ….7 courses. Did I say, „Wow“! Oh yeah, did I forget the Amuse-Gueule? Wow! Wow! Make the drive. Take the time. Go far out of your way. Stay in simple accommodation that fits the menu. The beds are comfy and as we lay there after dinner and guess what we thought? Wow!. This hard-to-reach (not really folks) family business, leaves nothing short of 3 stars. Believe us. The attention to detail in every dish. The accuracy of the craftsmanship. The balance. The beauty of the exceptionally plated (and graciously served) creations….. Wow! Lots of stars to choose from in the urban areas. Go rural. Bang for buck. Think wine chosen by the son serving nothing but the best pairings with mum and dad’s divinations. Nothing over the top and just perfection, honest, and not a nuance of pretension. Go back home with a culinary experience you will not regret. And don’t forget to say „thanks“. The magicians in the kitchen do not come forward of house to reap compliments - but make the effort, go there, and praise the ethereal humans behind Le Temple.

Wow!!!!! The Restaurant is contemporary and just beautiful. The Servers are the best, unobtrusive and attentive. Cannot fault them. The food is sublime, it is a dining extravaganza. Each and every dish is a masterpiece. We will be going back. If you are in the area do not miss out on this hidden Gem. Cannot praise it enough. Well worth the Michelin Star. Unforgettable experience. Fine Dining at its very very Best.
