Small but super bustling the day I was there. One sip of their incredible Vollbier and I wasn't so surprised. Great (and large) mixed meat plate rounded things out. Had a Pils which was heading more towards the Hellerbock family. It was good but if I could go back in time, I'd have had another Vollbier. Hope to soon!

The best schnitzel and beer in the area, and the owners are very friendly. Prices are reasonable, as you'd expect from a country pub. When it's busy, it can sometimes take a while to get your food, but that's not so bad when you can sit outside under the trees in the small beer garden in the summer.
