The reservation via email was quick and uncomplicated. Six of us are visiting the Opel Villas exhibition and combining this with lunch on site. This Sunday lunchtime, the tastefully furnished restaurant is very busy. The cuisine is defined as "a combination of fine dining and classic Italian cuisine. Both the discerning guest and the lover of tried and tested dishes are in good hands with us." Main courses range between 14 and 33 euros. The perfect service places us and informs us about the specialties of the day. As always with Italians, I start with “Vitello Tonnato”. This is finely tuned and beautifully presented. We continue with a pizza "Capri (tomato sauce, cheese, salami, anchovies, green peppers, olives, garlic"). Everyone at the table is extremely happy with their choice. We had a wonderful evening in a somewhat different setting. A wonderful old building steeped in history. The service was truly excellent and will remain a positive memory. The food was good and absolutely reasonable in value. My vitello tonnato was top-notch, and my wife's pizza was okay. But that's a matter of taste. The tablecloth was a bit dirty. Just minor things... We'll be back.

Food was quite good. Tablecloth was dirty and the atmosphere was similar to that of a canteen or dining room. Service was very friendly. That was 2018 Today May 2025 a new attempt. Attention, what is described here is my opinion. The ambience is very nice for fans of old buildings. The service creates an unpleasant atmosphere for my taste. As a guest, I want to feel welcome. Here I had the feeling that "customer is threatening to take orders". For me, a nice evening with good food simply requires good service. I missed it completely...the food was okay but far from a palate orgasm. Maybe I'll try again in 6 years...
