It was a very pleasant place to stop by and enjoy drink. Cakes and pies were really fresh and delicious. There is a lovely garden behind the building.

I am really sorry and maybe I have different taste. I saw the comments on google and decided to visit, as the last stop for my hiking trip, and I totally regretted it. The Schwarzwälder kirschrote doesn’t taste at all, so dry and flavorless, probably the worst from all the cafes I tried. The coffee is also quite bitter. The house was special before, but now more commercial I feel. The price is also on the higher end. The service is fine since you serve yourself basically. Generally I don’t understand the high rating, and don’t recommend to come here if you want a tasty cake and coffee.
