Restaurant Mirabelle Regensburg : Drei-Mohren-Straße 11, 93047 Regensburg

Loved this restaurant despite it being on the expensive side. But everything about the experience was great. Food was exceptional. Other menu pictures were very outdated so took some that are current as of June 2025.

First of all the restaurant is well located near the city centre and the inside is like a french bistro. The staff was friendly but a little quiet. I had the menu for 31€. The starter was disappointing... a plate with at least fresh rocket salad but with light seasoning and just chunks of Parmesan. The main dish was a duck which was well to overcooked for me and the sides were very small and didn’t fit to the dish. On our other dish the kitchen simply switched key ingredients secretly without asking in advance and hoping we didn’t notice it. A restaurant which calls themselves an upscale french restaurant shouldn’t be acting like this. At least they offered a free dessert. The dessert was very tasty and well decorated. All in all I was blinded by the good recommendations and wouldn’t visit again...

Beautiful ambience, delicious wine! The staff is very friendly and courteous. A bit on the expensive side though. Their sauces/base are very flavourful and creamy but the meats can be better. They served the potatoes two ways in the main dish, both were the best I ever had, especially when had with the sauce! And their presentation is very beautiful. Tip: Use Google translate to communicate if your German isn’t that good.
