Delivery service rating: We ordered through Lieferando, and the reviews were good. The stated delivery time when we ordered was about 45 minutes. In reality, it wasn't delivered until 2.5 hours later, after calling again. The food didn't look particularly appealing and was consistently overseasoned. The gnocchi were doughy. The cheese on the pizzas was on top of the ingredients. Conclusion: You have to be very hungry to eat a whole pizza, for example. None of our dishes were completely eaten, and there were six of us. The salad was okay. Conclusion: I don't recommend this service at the moment! To the operator: If the cheese is on top of the ingredients, all the pizzas look the same. Any customer is happy to overlook a long wait if the food tastes good, but 2.5 hours is simply too long; I would change something about my organization and preparation. Things can always go wrong, so everyone should get a second chance. Of course, you should still take the criticism seriously, judging by your other reviews.

Keep driving! Substandard customer service, lukewarm pizza and an angry chef. The delivery times are not adhered to and you will not receive any information about delays , unless you call, wonder where the pizza is and ask. If you still dare not accept the delivery after two hours, you can look forward to a call where you will be shouted at by the boss himself. This juice shop is unbelievable - it's how you bankrupt your business. :-) kind regards!
