Very pleasant stay. Family hotel, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms. Parking was free, but not many places available, we got our car just under our window on the street.||Restaurant was very good indeed, got best wienerschnitzels on our trip plus extremely tasteful trout. Breakfast was ok, variety was sufficient.
We looked for a local food restaurant and were welcomed warmly. An English menu was available. The service was caring and accommodated our request to our full satisfaction. We ordered four different dishes and all had been excellent. We will be back if in the region.
We were in the area to visit the Neuschwanstein et Hohenschwangau castles, and tried to book in a somewhat last minute fashion (that is, only a couple of days before arriving). This was the only available place which was both decently …
