We can only judge the behavior toward potential guests. There's a chalkboard in front of the beer garden at a mountain farm stating that they're on 14 days of company vacation. The owner didn't mention this to Google, so now we're standing with 13 people in front of the closed gate. Great! We'd rather go back to the beautiful Eifel region☹️

Beautiful hike from Großweil to the mountain restaurant (approx. 5 km), self-service beer garden, good snacks and homemade soups and cakes, good quality. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Back via a beautiful panoramic path to Café Stern in Promberg, here you can stop off again, there are also great snacks and homemade cakes with a wonderful view of the Kochler Moor to Benediktbeuern. Finally we go back to Grossweil. In total it is about 11km. Nice trip!!! PS: Good shoes recommended.
