After the State Garden Show in Freyung, we were looking for a restaurant with simple, good food. We found it here. Friendly service, delicious food, and great prices. The schnitzel, cordon bleu, and zander were simply fantastic. We'd love to go back.

Great inn, rustic, iconic, cozy. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely courteous and friendly service. Here the customer is still king and is treated as such. Also one of the very few restaurants in the Bavarian Forest where freshwater fish plays the main role on the menu. Highly recommended: the “Müllerin Art” trout. We like to come here again and again.
