This Mediterranean style restaurant is definitely a gem not to be missed. We were doing a weekend excursion to Tegernsee, we tried our luck to walk in w/o reservations at 5:30pm, the staff was kind enough to offer me a table for 2 but with condition we get done in one hour. We grabbed it. We ordered seafood platter (that has been my yardstick to judge how a restaurant compare against others for the same type of cuisine). Well, the grilled king prawn, fish, squid were done to perfection except that the salmon was average as the taste was a little bland. What needed to be praised highly, was the Baked Sardine… plus the garlic dipping were exceptionally tasty & healthy. Life is gamble, we win some, we lose some… this time we sure glad we bet correctly.

We went to Tegernsee for hiking on Easter Monday, and this was basically the only opened restaurant we could find. Food was delicious. The calamari was juicy and rice was seasoned just right. Service was very attentive. Would recommend this place.

Oh, I remember the times when the owners of Nefeli were working in my village. Now for the perfect greek food I need to drive a little bit. But it is worth every single kilometer. Food Amazing as always. The service is very friendly and the food is served very fast. Food is very tasty and the ouzo always magically appears from nowhere. and all finished with a perfect cup of greek mokka. You are going in the good direction - please do not change :)
