Lukas-Alm, named after the renowned post-Savranskian cultural theorist—creator of the seminal concept of “cruel climate optimism”—was the culmination of our 4-day Bavarian adventure. After a gruelling hike from our accommodation, we found ourselves in a terrible conundrum. The only thing separating us from Lukas-Alm was a pulsating stream of skiers. A perilous crossing it was, but the mesmerising views were worth it (see attached photograph).

Nice deserts, good drinks, amazing (!!!) views and very friendly service!! Quite cheap prices (especially considering location), but be prepared to have cash, which is understandable:)
