This place saved us with two hungry kids in a Sunday evening - we thought it was closed as there was no one around, but apparently Sunday dinnertime is a bit slow. Beautiful location with a nice herb garden outside, very friendly service and surprisingly big, tasty portions. The cordon bleu and local filled pasta were especially good

We went to this inn for lunch together on Palm Sunday - and we weren't disappointed! The kitchen impresses with classic, hearty and delicious tavern cuisine, where both the portion size and the quality of the ingredients are right. The cooking here is honest and good, as you would expect from a traditional inn. Despite being at full capacity at lunchtime, the staff were friendly, attentive and quick - a real plus that you don't experience everywhere during stressful rush hours. Particularly nice: The furnishings combine modern elements with the typical charm of a tavern - cozy but stylish, and with a character that is unfortunately often lost today. Everything's right in terms of price: at around €30 per person for food and drinks, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Conclusion: An all-round successful visit with delicious food, great service and a cozy atmosphere. We'd love to come back! Clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good pub cuisine.
