If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The food was outstanding—we had nachos, margaritas, mixed taco platters, tamales, and quesadillas, and every single dish was bursting with flavor and made with care. Truly some amazing food! But what made this experience unforgettable was the owner (or the owner’s son??). He mentioned this was his side gig, but you’d never know it. He was working so hard, totally slammed, but still took the time to chat with us, share tips about the city, and radiate nothing but pure kindness and good vibes. You can tell he pours his heart into this place, and it shows. I only wish I lived in Bern so I could eat here every week. If you’re in the city, do not miss this spot—it’s a gem.

My husband and I came across this place as we wondered around Bern and we are really glad we did. We had nachos and a cocktail each and it was great. Enough food for lunch to share the nachos between us. Lovely staff, great atmosphere and fantastic food. Will definitely be back if we return to Bern in the future.

Very nice staff and attentive service. the portions are generous and there are free extras like extra nachos or free shots. the mixed tacos are recommended as well as the margaritas. The restaurant is located below the road and has a steep entrance.
