Visited here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend whose favorite restaurant it is. And I can only emphasize it! The food was sensational, the portion was way too big for me, the price-performance ratio was more than fair, and the service was amazing. Okay, it was crowded and a bit loud, but that didn't really bother us that much. Gladly again soon.

How lucky I was to find this insider tip! Daily lunch specials for €9.90!! Today we had herring or schnitzel. I had the herring. It was very fresh and obviously pickled in-house and of high quality. Fresh onions and apples in the broth. Plus salad from the buffet – a huge selection. Everything is freshly prepared in-house. I'm thrilled and can highly recommend the Zur Traube restaurant!
