By far my favorite restaurant in Regensburg for traditional German food. Close to the river. Nice little beer garden seating in warm months and cozy inside seating in cold months. The food is amazing. I've never ordered anything that wasn't delicious. Prices are reasonable. They do not accept cards.

food here is very authentic and quite good but not spectacularly so. except for the apple tarts with vanilla ice and cream 🤤 nice atmosphere and definitely not touristy, as it is quite a walk to get there from the old town. come here for the real bavaria, as in the good old times. many bavarians do, too! cheers 🍻

I am a difficult guest as i am vegetarian, but this was one of the best restaurants i have ever been to. Lot of vegetarian and vegan choices and off course the traditional german meat dishes! The staff is super kind and helpful! Do not hesitate!
