I stayed in Aalen for 6 nights and I chose to eat here every night. The food is incredible, the beer is fresh, tasty and well described. I had 5 different dishes and each one was more tasty than the last! I need more of this food!! My favourite dish is the pork shoulder, it fell off the bone and it is packed with flavour. This is a newly established restaurant so the older reviews seem to have been resolved as I found no issues. The whole place is cleanly with the table being wiped as I sat down even after it was already cleaned. Clean restroom, related decor and a calming atmosphere after long days at work. Many thanks again to the staff and the chef.
