A culinary masterpiece – deservedly awarded the Green Star Each single course was a true taste experience, perfectly coordinated and prepared with great attention to detail. The use of regional and seasonal ingredients not only adds depth to the dishes, but also turns each one into a little poem. It was by far the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying in a long time. The atmosphere in the restaurant is stylish, yet warm and inviting. The service is attentive, competent, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. I would like to particularly highlight head chef Alexander Gläsel, who not only conjures up creative masterpieces, but also serves them personally, impressively conveying his passion for sustainability and enjoyment. His cuisine is truly unparalleled. An absolutely outstanding experience – simply top-notch!

The Baron.ess restaurant is a must for anyone who loves very good food. My vegetarian menu was incredibly delicious 😃🙌. You feel incredibly comfortable in the restaurant. There is an absolute feel-good atmosphere there. This was one of our most beautiful restaurant visits in terms of the ambience, the spectacular menu and the first-class service.
