We ate Swabian onion roast here, which was incredibly delicious. We went five more times that day. It was truly worth it. Very high-quality and fresh meat. I know about meat and understand it. The staff is great, respectful, and professional. It's a truly great restaurant. I don't miss this restaurant every time I go south. Keep up the good work! Thank you so much!

A new restaurant in Albstadt that, of course, must be visited immediately. Located in the heart of town, it's easy to reach. The ambiance is stylishly modern, fitting the history of the establishment. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I had a beetroot carpaccio for starters, the roast beef with onions for the main course, and finally, a tartufo . The food was a delight. I'd love to go here more often in the future.

One of the best restaurants in Albstadt. Without doubt. We spent a great evening there with a group of 7 people. Very tasty roast beef, airy, juicy schnitzel, terrific Besto specialty platter, sausage salad, Camembert, all the finest. The waiter was new but super friendly and did everything right. The boss was also there and, as always, was very courteous, friendly and attentive. A very cozy restaurant that will have a permanent place in the barren German gastronomic landscape in Albstadt.
