Though not up with nearby legend breweries, Nikl is a great addition to the Franconian brewing scene. They have some great craft beer offerings but also brew a few more traditional beers to go along with their classic Franconian fare. Staff is super friendly and with its convenient to Pretzfeld train station location, it's a can't miss if hiking in the area.

Went to the brewing seminar today. Great event, good explanations and the 15 people who took part were friendly. The Franconian cosiness and hospitality came across really well. The beer is very good and the food in the cellar was also very good
