We love Dablju. In our opinion, there is no comparable restaurant in Balingen and the surrounding area. Absolutely authentic, great staff and the food is a taste explosion. You feel totally welcome. The menu is not too big and some dishes are changed after a few weeks. Exactly to my taste. Quality and freshness guarantee! I'm blown away! This lovingly yet stylishly decorated shop more than impressed me during my visit yesterday. The food is handcrafted to a level rarely found in this area!
