The small but fine menu changes weekly. The dishes are characterized by high quality and interesting composition. Very delicate across the board. Alternatively, there are still two different ones - from the hosts homemade tarte flambée. These are also very highly recommended. Finally, treat yourself to a dessert. The location immediately creates a feeling of well-being. Mountain hut flair with loving decorative details on two floors. The wine cellar vault in the basement is also very rustic and cozy. Also ideal for a closed society. The boss, who is always in a good mood, together with her very reliable, friendly and courteous team, contributes to the perfect overall picture of the Dorfschenke. You have to know where the location is, you're unlikely to get there by chance. If you come with more than two people on Wednesday, you should reserve in advance - because - the insider tip is no longer so secret.
