Fantastic autentic italian ice cream and great coffee Friendly staff. Live music in weekend

I wrote this review, attached below, a few weeks ago. I'm still thrilled. By the quality, the service, the friendliness of the owners, the staff, and the dedication to their guests. I'm disappointed and almost angry about these bad reviews posted here, some of which are obviously "excited" and echo the same sentiment. Taste is always a matter of opinion. But I and many of my friends don't know of any ice cream parlor in the entire Oberland region that produces such excellent quality and, moreover, such exquisite ice cream. I've stated below that the owner is an artist to me. He's an enthusiastic producer, a creator of his ice cream, and it's truly a delight. I wonder what kind of taste the people have who devalue this ice cream, write about poor quality, and what kind of behavior these people have when they try to bring down a great ice cream parlor here in Hausham and launch sometimes anonymous attacks. This is defamation!!!! Every time I've been here , I've experienced and enjoyed friendly owners, friendly staff, and truly amazing ice cream. Now, I have a request for the complainers and detractors: Stay away!!! All these complainers and negative people should please stay well away from BACIO. It's not good for you to be here, and it's not good for the owner either. Just stay away and take your abuse somewhere else!!! Take out your frustration somewhere else! Please!!! NOBODY needs you here. And here's my old review again for you to read: I'm thrilled. Although I've practically called this place Tegernsee and Schliersee home for many years, I only discovered this excellent BACIO ice cream parlor a week ago. Since then, I've been truly addicted. :-) There are new creations almost daily, and you can feel the enthusiasm with which the owner, Vito, "designs" his ice cream. I'm an artist, but I also see what's offered here as art. Art for the palate and for enjoyment. Furthermore, the chef himself serves and has a kind word for everyone, is attentive, and caters to customer requests, offers advice, and shares his enthusiasm for his work with the guests. With his style, he brings Italian flair to Hausham. The same goes for his wife Katja, who stands behind the counter but also serves, and whose manner exudes all the charm of Italy. I find some of these negative reviews posted here, which, strangely enough, always concern the terrace, simply outrageous. I'm sorry, but if you do a little research , there's a difference between sitting on the terrace and being served and choosing your ice cream to go. The difference is dictated by the VAT alone. I don't know if the lady with the children wanted to save a few cents or what the reason is for criticizing the ice cream parlor like that. During the days I was there, I experienced how child-friendly and customer-friendly the owners are. Sometimes it's good to take a look around before writing a review with such accusations and rethinking your own behavior. I'm happy to have found this ice cream parlor, and I hope summer lasts a very long time so I can enjoy lots more excellent ice cream there. Thanks to the kind owners. Grazie

It's always wonderful at the Bacio ice cream parlor. Friendly service and excellent ice cream. They always have some amazing ice cream creations. Highly recommended.
