As a former Bamberg resident and now Munich resident, it pains me to know that the best Sauerbraten I've ever had is over 200km away from me. Dunkle Held Bräu and this incredibly delicious roast are a 10/10. I suspect there was gingerbread in the sauce. Incredibly delicious.
