A friendly, owner-operated, rustic country inn. Delicious dishes, mostly homemade. Rustic, friendly, honest, Swabian. Coffee and homemade cakes. Bowling alley. Excellent value for money.

I was there a month ago. I ordered a beer and a Schnitzel with Fries. As i was waiting for the beer and food, there were Stuben flies all over me. It was horrible. The woman next to me had 10 flies on her back, and she didn't even know that they were there. A burnt Schnitzel came, the woman did not say anything to me as she put the plate on the table. This time there, the food was so bad, and you always have to swat the hundreds of Stuben Flies away. This will be my last time going to Krone in Böbingen.. It's smells so bad in the restaurant from the barn they have outside next to the restaurant. The windows are always open. The smell from the barn animals makes the restaurant smell terrible. The owner should do something about this. I will never go there again..
