The Hahnchenbraterei is AMAZING!!! Slow roasted rotisserie chicken, pork ribs and ham hocks - seasoned and cooked to perfection and absolutely melts in your mouth. Always friendly service with a smile but their mouth watering secret is out - so you better get there fast. Even if you don't live in Dettenhausen, it's worth the trip out! Wonderful chicken truck that has awesome tasting ribs and hamhocks. The turkey there is quite tasty as well. The owner is very accommodating to your needs. And is a wonderful guy.

The chickens from Melendiz/Hertels are simply great!!! Always top fresh, juicy, excellent in taste and incomparable. The quality is pure top class! No one else can beat this quality or the price! In addition, the chickens are larger compared to the other providers! There is also a large selection of salads. If anyone would rather have ribs, knuckles or chicken legs, they are also here with the best grill master I know far and wide! For Mr. Melendiz, the customer is king in the truest sense of the word.
