I would have given the highest rating if not for the service. Three people trying to cover a full Biergarten on a Sunday afternoon is not normal. We had to pick our own menus after seeing no one came to our table for the first 15’. Then we waited for a water to come 20’ and asked 3 times for it. Then we ordered the Kaiserschmarrn everyone talks about, it came cold and without any apple mousse of plum jam. We asked why that is as we saw other tables just got apple mousse, they said they ran out of it. Then they continued that we can get a discount. I asked why they haven’t informed us about it so we can just not have the dessert at all, she just said she didn’t know about it. A disaster of service which ruined our whole meal. Do better please. The food is just too good, the Schweinsbraten was absolutely incredible. Too bad about the dessert. But for us, never again here.
