We had a great stay at the Gasthof Schwarzwirt! The service was all very friendly and accommodating, which made the visit particularly pleasant. The food was simply delicious and arrived at the table relatively quickly even though the shop was full - every meal was a pleasure and the portions were large enough. I can only recommend the Gasthof Schwarzwirt and am already looking forward to our next visit. It's just a shame that there is no WiFi for guests these days

We had a reservation for 18 people for 12:30 p.m. on Christmas Day. We arrived on time and had to wait half an hour for tables to become available. Then we didn't even get a table next to each other; instead, we were seated at two tables on two different levels. But that wasn't enough; we had to wait over an hour for someone to come and take our food orders . The food finally arrived, bit by bit, at 3:15 p.m. What struck us as particularly negative was that no one apologized for the situation or offered compensation. It was as if everything was business as usual. Of course, Christmas is busy, but you know that in advance, and reservations have to be planned accordingly. Maximizing profits instead of customer satisfaction seems to be the motto here. It's a shame about the food; it would have been good.
