The cuisine is outstanding; the food is always delicious and beautifully presented, and the portion sizes are generous. The menu is consistent and changes seasonally; everyone should find something to their liking here. Starters, main courses, and desserts were all consistently excellent; the whole range is covered here. The service from Ms. Müller is truly fantastic. She is very attentive and friendly; we always feel in good hands. You can't complain about the prices at all for what you get here; overall, the value for money is really very good. We always enjoy coming back and can give it our unconditional recommendation.

We ultimately reserved a table for the Italian buffet. After a very friendly welcome and a delicious aperitif, cold and warm starters, various main courses, side dishes and dessert were offered throughout the evening. It was a wonderful foray into Italian cuisine. The buffet was presented in the right atmosphere and everything tasted excellent. The service was always friendly and very present. It was a wonderful evening that we will definitely repeat.

Excellent Swabian cuisine. You could eat the menu from start to finish. Reservations are recommended, and there's ample parking at Backnang train station. The restaurant is directly accessible via stairs.
