The atmosphere in the beer garden itself is nice - cushions would have been great. We had schnitzel with fries, Gordon Bleu with potato salad, and Jägerschnitzel with spaetzle. The chef seems a bit in love ❤️ - all the schnitzels, including the Gordon Bleu, were a bit salty, and some of the potatoes in the potato salad were still quite hard - we personally prefer them a bit softer - but the color was a real eye-catcher. The fries were unfortunately unevenly seasoned - some were overseasoned, some had no seasoning at all, and I also have a complaint about the Jägersauce. For my taste, it was a bit bitter and tasted of alcohol - perhaps they used cognac 🤔 The spaetzle were unfortunately not homemade, but they were still good egg spaetzle. The service was friendly, even adding ice cubes to our drinks upon request 👍 However, they wanted to serve us food twice – which belonged to a different table. There was no receipt for the bill, for example, but we did get a small sweet at the end. We personally think the idea is great; we would have, for example, mentioned the special local potatoes on the menu, etc. Unfortunately, it just didn't suit our taste. But everyone has different tastes – just go there and try it 😉

The food was delicious and the portions were generous.. and alongside Franconian wine... Spanish wines 🤩🤩 Clearly, you want to do something different and make something good - and... voila! Successful! TOP! Not always the usual Italian wines, etc.... 🍷 I miss the menu, for example: Blaue Zipfel , Franconian cold cuts, a bit of regional dishes... Just a wish and a tip 🤩 everything is top-notch... a real alternative to the standard restaurants 😜 But everything is TOP-notch. The chef and staff are super friendly🫶 We'll be back ❤️ Thank you
