Discovered PizzaRia by chance. Remote, behind the tennis court or the motorhome parking space. Absolutely outstanding price/performance ratio! Highly recommended if someone is just passing through or staying overnight in a motorhome in Goldkronach. But also great as a “to go”!!!

Great class - currently the only option to have dinner in Goldkronach, unimaginable - but that's how it is. We stayed in Goldkronach for three nights as part of a multi-day trip and, imagine, no restaurants in this otherwise beautiful town. A resident's tip about the operation of the former sports casino was our salvation. The nearby tennis court looked deserted and it was really sad to see something like that, but thanks to the operator "Olli", a nice guy and also a motorcyclist, our evening meal was guaranteed. The beer is freshly tapped, the food tastes delicious and it's not just pizza, the salads are crisp and fresh and you can also order a fruit schnapps to aid your digestion. Really great and a recommendation for all visitors to Goldkronach and a saving grace, in my opinion, for the hospitality of Goldkronach that should actually be taken for granted. It is also advisable to reserve a table, as the locals have also recognized the culinary delights and hospitality of “Olli”.
