We were at Restaurant Brecht for a Christmas party. It was our first time in the newly built building in the commercial area. The restaurant itself looks very modern, yet cozy thanks to the exposed wood. They could improve the soundproofing, as it can get quite loud when the place is almost full, as was the case with us. The menu offers a very good selection, and the dishes themselves are plentiful and very tasty. The only criticism was that the carrots were only half-heartedly removed from the salad we ordered without carrots. That's a no-go for allergy sufferers like me. Despite all that, it only deducted one point because the overall impression was very positive.
