We had the €90 menu, with wine pairing. First, the food: Varied, well-balanced dishes with little surprises in the flavor combinations. Very good quality and quantity. The last point, in particular, is not a given in this type of restaurant. The wine pairing: Outstanding, exquisite, mostly local wines. Very well matched to the dishes, a definite plus and, in my opinion, a must-have with the menu. The atmosphere: We were there on a Sunday at 6:00 p.m., and there were only a few other guests in the restaurant. The tables and the color scheme created a very pleasant atmosphere. The service: We were served by a very friendly and competent young lady who is currently completing her dual degree in gastronomy. Very good service, absolutely courteous, and, above all, knowledgeable about the food and wine served. Value for money: Reasonable, and the price of the wine pairing is good. All in all, a clear recommendation.
