The initial irritation from the trainees quickly disappeared. Excellent service, very good wine selection and sensationally well-prepared food completely convinced us. Ordered the onion roast medium rare and it was actually cooked medium rare. Hand-scraped spaetzle, hand-cut tartare, soup from the gravy boat poured at the table, great greetings from the kitchen and a constant selection of fresh, very creative bread. The most important thing is that the guest feels comfortable and you can see that in every detail. With a little more meticulousness this would be star level. Absolutely acceptable price level for the quality of the food and service. We would love to come back!

A wonderful, quiet and sophisticated atmosphere. Bread and butter, followed by a delicious accompaniment from the kitchen. Main courses were beautifully presented and delicious. Only the liver was undercooked. Service was friendly and good. Prices are high, commensurate with the quality. Definitely a recommendation and an alternative to the Insel and Ratskeller in Heilbronn.
