Good food, good service and a beautiful view on the lake

Quite disappointing. Arriving at 19:00, and ordering right away, it took them over 60 minutes to get the food served. "Sorry, your order did not reach the kitchen" , is ridiculous to state expecially as no free drink or anything as compensation was offered. Rude, unpersonal, and unpleasant place.
